Our country’s schools, workplaces, and centers of public assembly have all been attacked repeatedly in the space of just a few short years.

In addition to deadly weapons, the shooting platform will accommodate most “less lethal” weapons such as Taser®, beanbags and pepper sprays. The Baker Batshield® reduces the inherent risk factor when approaching a deranged individual to deliver a “less lethal” solution.

The Baker Batshield® may be carried inside the case via the shoulder strap in a casual, non-threatening approach to a potentially dangerous situation, and “instantly deployed” with simultaneous weapon presentation, by means of a unique quick-release feature.

The Baker Batshield® may be stored on the wearer’s back by means of a simple belt keeper device supplied with all shields – affording the user full use of hands and arms. This capability simplifies victim evacuation, while providing ballistic coverage to the shield bearer and victim.
The shooting platform remains consistent with most two-handed shooting techniques and allows full time use of the strong-handed grip, improving shooting accuracy through greater weapon stability.
Shield is highly compatible with most patrol rifle models, sub-machine guns and many shotgun models. Also supports fluid long-gun to pistol transitions.
The Baker Batshield® is compatible with most popular high-intensity weapon mounted lighting systems.
The narrow lower portion of the shield allows for unrestricted high speed mobility combined with an excellent forward view of terrain and obstacles for ease and safety of armed maneuverability.
