The upper armored area of each Baker Batshield® is wider, providing excellent torso ballistic coverage, including extensive neck and head protection from angled, unseen threats.
The shield bearer is granted virtually unrestricted visibility of the frontal target acquisition region. The lower narrow “scalloped” perimeter of the shield provides leg relief and a much better view of foot and leg level obstructions, allowing the shield to remain vertical, aiding in speed and fluid motion around obstacles and terrain.
